At Slush Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beverage supplies; however, due to food safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, shelf-stable products within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure that your slush syrups, powders, or accessories are unopened, in their original packaging, and within the 30-day return window.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items to prevent leaking or damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
